We know student data is the sensitive piece. Here's exactly how it's protected — before you upload a single name.
Encrypted everywhere
TLS 1.3 on every connection. Student records encrypted at rest with AES-256. No data ever travels or sits in plain text.
First name + initial only, publicly
Parents and other schools only ever see a student's first name and last-name initial — the standard convention used by School Sport bodies. Full names visible only to staff signed into your school.
Birthdays never shown
Date of birth is used once, to work out age groups. It's never displayed on any page, public or private. You can even provide just the birth year if you prefer.
Hosted close to Australia
Sites served from Sydney edge. Student data in Google Cloud Singapore (asia-southeast1) — the nearest region available, under Standard Contractual Clauses aligned with the Australian Privacy Principles. AU-region migration is on the roadmap for 2027.
You own the data
Export everything as CSV any time. Delete everything any time. Your school has final say — we just host it for you. If you ever leave, you take your records with you.
Never sold or shared
Student data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with any third party. Ever. Not now, not after a funding round, not if we're acquired. It's in our Terms.
Only the $1/student annual licence is charged in 2026. Setup fees and coordinator tier fees are waived — provided you commit to the 2027 pricing when you sign up this year. No commitment means standard setup rates apply.

Same setup, just a small fee to cover the work. Still includes full onboarding and your first year of the $1/student licence.

Setup fee rises each year as the platform matures. Lock in cheaper by joining this year.
Sign up in 2028 or later
Full setup fee from 2028 onwards. Setup still covers everything — page, carnivals, student import — just at the standard rate.
The $1/student annual licence is the same every year no matter when you join. Only the one-off setup fee rises over time.
If you're a coordinator — not just running one school — you can add a coordinator account to manage schools beneath you. Draw district finals, publish division results, push qualifiers to region championships. All tiers are free in 2026.
